CloseJenny has been with The Prince’s Trust for nearly a year and is responsible for Supporter Care, Supporter Experience, Compliance and the Fundraising Data functions. The Prince’s Trust are on a journey of unleashing the power of data to empower fundraisers to use data to drive decisions every day. Jenny is also the Fundraising Lead for their CRM transformation project which aims to unlock more integration options and enable better and more efficient uses of technology to improve fundraising effectiveness. Prior to this role Jenny has worked in fundraising operations in the Higher Education sector.
Sarah has been with the BSBI for just under two years, helping to implement its income diversification strategy and put its fundraising and membership processes on a modern, sustainable footing. Central to this has been working with volunteers to understand data requirements and fragilities. Prior to this, her experience was with a youth mental health charity, a national arts organisation and an academic institution, working largely with complex stakeholder data.
