I’m Louise Harris, mother of 2 wee ones (aged 9 and 5). After starting my career as an accountant in the private sector, I have been a senior leader in the non-profit sector for the last 13 years. My most recent roles have been Director of Corporate Services/COO roles (having worked at Tony Blair Institute, WAGGGS and Amnesty International).

My passion lies with supporting organisations to be more effective at achieving their mission, and my career has been focused on supporting both strategic and operational change within organisations. This is even more important at the moment, as it is such a challenging time for the non-profit sector, and organisations being able to adapt to these challenges is so critical as need from our beneficiaries is growing in so many areas.
