Eileen Scouller is Head of IT at Children 1st, Scotland’s National Children’s Charity. With over 23 years experience in the charity sector, she has shown her passion for using technology and data to drive and enable improvement and innovation. Eileen’s experience in the sector along with her degrees in Social Science and Electronic Information Management from Edinburgh and Robert Gordon Universities have contributed to her approach as a person-centred and forward-looking senior manager.
Eileen has been a change leader for technical transformation within Children 1st, from launching their first website in the early ‘00s to the adoption of a cloud first infrastructure and most recently the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics and data analysis tools to support a major step change in recording how Children 1st works alongside children and families. Eileen is at her happiest when she has a chance to use her full skillset as a creative, collaborative leader, is able to make connections between what’s needed and technical opportunities and uses her data analysis and project management powers to plan for success.
Eileen’s love of music led to her volunteering in the early years of the now well established and internationally renowned Hebridean Celtic Festival. Eileen has also served on the board of the SCVO Work with Us initiative and volunteered on the Children 1st Parentline helpline.
Henrik is the SMB Business Applications lead at Microsoft Tech for Social Impact. With over 19 years of experience working with Microsoft Business Applications, Henrik has a wealth of knowledge and expertise to share with our audience.
